Your baby is growing and you are all excited to cook food for them, get home some good healthy vegetables or ready to make food or easy snacking healthy bar. Some mothers out of excitement feed their babies the food they are not supposed to and in bargain; their baby might show a deteriorating signs of growth (not exactly though). The food items given below are A COMPLETE NO FOR THE FIRST YEAR:
Avoid foods like peanuts and nuts, chocolate, honey, egg whites, cow’s milk
