The newborns communication

Babies in the family bring lots of enthusiasm and joys especially when they start getting the signals what you are trying to portray. Babies communicate in their own kiddy way while we might not get them at the start but as you get used to their signals, you get equal joy as they do. Most of the baby’s basic element to communicate and grab attention is crying. You can understand their feelings by looking at their body language, you might have well noticed how they frown their faces when our touch irritates them or in the case their nappy is dirty. At the time of birth, baby’s sensory organs like memory, thought process and body movements are still not very well developed, human infants largely depend on their parents till the time they start walking or understanding things. While a child is still a child until one year, you play the role of 24*7 caterer, carer and cleaning machine but than all that is for your baby and you surely do not complain. As time passes on, you can see your child’s development, they will actually start responding to your touch and feel and sooner they will start responding to the environmental changes and the sound around them. When a child starts responding, you can see a wonderful change in yourself and your baby.

Crying

Crying is one important and basic needs of an infant at least till the time they are one year old, their basic functions include just sleeping and eating all day round. By crying babies portray to their parents or near ones what they need or feel like, when they cry it could be easily understood that they might be hungry, feeling too hot or cold, they are uncomfortable in their clothes, etc. there are other reasons like unclean nappy, if they have wind or the feeling of insecurity when they see strangers around. Most of the time babies do not just cry to grab attention, but they can’t help it anyways. You have to play the role of interpreter and a parent to keep your babies happy and gay.

Body Language

Most of the new born babies communicate by the means of their body movements. Your babies will signal you if they are feeling uncomfortable in your arms or in their bed. Newborn babies are sensitive, even with your most gentle touch and feel and equally it is important to make your baby feel secured by cuddling them often and showing them affection.

Baby vision

Eyes are the main organs for babies to see the world and get information so most of the time babies are awake they make use of their eyes to look at things. While the babies are still one to five months old, the distance between mother’s face and baby’s head is the best distance for the baby to see things. Younger baby’s eyes look cross sometimes; this is because their eye muscles need to be strengthened still. Babies’ vision is still not clear but they can recognize faces and understand facila expressions and voices.
