You can breastfeed the twins
While some parents keep wondering whether it is medically allowed to breastfeed their infants; it is acceptable but even a challenging one. Breastfeeding schedule
The first few weeks are full of adjustments for all the people in the family and new borns need lots of attention especially from their mothers. Establish a schedule where in you wake up one baby when the other one is ready for breastfeed. Keep a scheduled chart to put the number of hours in a day you feed each baby.

A mother needs to take lots of nutrients and supplements while she is pregnant or even after the delivery. Breastfeeding burns lots of energy so the intake should be far more than what usually the mother eats. You should be eating for three people at time, always keep the habit of eating healthy food options.
Hydration
Staying hydrated is an important elements while you are breastfeeding your child, have as much fluids as possible including milk and fresh fruit juices on timely basis. Avoid drinking beverages that may lead to lose of fluids. Always have milk and juice ready while you are breastfeeding your babies.
